PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data will be processed in order to prepare your request, pursuant to Art. Article 6 (a) 1 (b) (b) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. Your data will not be processed by automated means including profiling. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller.
Your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers processing personal data on behalf of the controller, courier, postal and transport service provider and other entities participating in the execution of the order or authorized under the law. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed by the administrator for the period necessary to prepare and provide a response to the request. On the basis of the legitimate interest of your administrator, personal data will be stored for up to 6 months.
You have the right to access the content of your data and rectify, delete, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing. You also have the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1250/1999. 18 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data in your Member State of habitual residence, place of work or where you have committed the alleged infringement. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
INFORMATION ON FREEDOM OR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the inquiry, and the consequence of failure to provide personal data will be the inability to obtain a response to the request sent.
